Cookies policy

This Cookie Policy applies to cookies and other technologies that store data in the end device that the Provider uses in its websites.

By using Provider sites, by configuring browser settings appropriately, you agree to the use of Cookies and other similar technologies in accordance with this Cookie Policy. If you do not agree to our use of cookies or other similar technologies, you should change your browser settings in a suitable manner or opt out of using the Provider services.

What are Cookies?

Cookies are IT data stored on the User’s end device, which the browser sends to the server each time it connects to a given terminal device (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.). The cookie usually contains the name of the website from which it comes, the validity period and a unique number used to identify the browser from which the website is connected.

Where it is reasonable, in addition to cookies, we may also use other technologies similar to cookies. Whenever in this policy we mention cookies, we also mean those technologies, which include, for example, Local Storage, which is used to store data saved when using the services in a dedicated part of the browser’s memory. Access to data in Local storage can only be obtained from the website from which the data was saved in the browser. Data saved in this way, like cookie data, can be stored by the browser also after its closure.

For what purpose do we use cookies?

The Provider uses Cookies so that the sites provided by the Provider may work properly (eg cookies are necessary for sites that require login) and that they may act faster or remember and respect individual User settings, to collect anonymous, aggregate statistics that allow us to improve our services and to make it easier for advertisers to present to the Internet User ads tailored to the interests of the User.

Anonymity

By using Cookies on our websites, we never identify Users’ identities on the basis of information stored there. The data collected in this way are purely general and statistical, they are devoid of any identifications that identify the User. We can cooperate with business partners (eg Google) to analyze such general data.

Data collected with the help of Cookies can be combined with personal data in services requiring registration and logging, only in the scope of services provided (eg a mail panel, service configuration panels).

Types of Cookies used by the Provider

We use cookies in our websites:

  • necessary for the operation of websites – this is information without which it would not be possible to use most websites, in particular those requiring login,
  • improving the functionality – these are the information that remember the preferences and choices of the user, enabling appropriate presentation of the content,

By using our services you can receive cookies from our partners (eg Google, Facebook, Tweeter). In addition to the above, these may be advertising cookies, used to profile information and advertisements presented by our partners on the Internet.

We also use third-party analytical software (e.g. Google Analytics) which places user codes on the User’s terminal device to collect User data.

How can I change Cookie settings or delete them?

Most web browsers are configured to accept cookies by default. These settings can be changed so that cookies are blocked or to receive a message each time when Cookies are sent to your device. Blocking or limiting cookies may adversely affect the convenience of using our services or even make it impossible to use them (in the case of websites that require login)

To change the settings of your browser use the help of its manufacturer.
